Femme Force has always been about moving through places, roles, and possibilities. Founded by Rachael, one of the few female bodyguards in the industry, she spent years protecting public figures around the globe. From there, she stepped into leadership, overseeing executive travel security and large-scale event logistics for one of the world’s biggest tech companies.

But her deeper purpose has always been to empower women to take up space. Femme Force was born from the belief that women don’t need to be anything other than who they are to lead with power. Whether through speaking, podcasting, or curating content, Femme Force is here to amplify stories, shift mindsets, and help women redefine success on their own terms.
